My name is Amelia. I've never joined a forum, or been a part of a thread online (unless you count Facebook) and i'm pretty bad at introducing myself to new people... faceless people even more so.
I have been feeling a bit bummed out recently. Maybe more than just bummed out. It kind of feels like I've been in a ping pong match with myself for months. I feel like I can't go anywhere anymore with my ramblings or my bad days. I found this place by chance, and decided maybe I should try reaching out... has this site helped anyone else?

Yes, this site has helped me a great deal. It is good to know that there are people who understand what you may be going through and give you ideas on how to deal with it. It is very comforting to find somewhere where people support you in so many ways, and realize that many have problems that are far greater than yours and are still willing to cheer you on while you are struggling. I hope it helps you as much as it helps me!
I’m new to here as well and all I can say is whatever is going on try to keep your head up remain positive remind yourself every single time you wake up you’re awesome you’re a beautiful person in and out whatever obstacles your facing you can overcome them just keep moving forward
