Pain and voices

I'm constantly in pain under both sides of my ribs. This pain has been going on for a while now and it makes me lose my appetite. I also get super panicky that something I wrong with me but I've gone to multiple doctors and they said it was all just from my anxiety. I also hear voices screaming at me in my head?? This has happened once before when I was very young. I don't know what it could be tbh. I looked it up and apparently it's because my brain isn't focussing on something so it's trying to make me focus? Super odd. It's really terrifying and makes me think I'm losing my mind. Has anyone else had these problems?

i've had the voices... still do currently have them... it doesn't mean you're going insane.. it can be part of your anxiety.

they're scary at first but eventually they'll fade away... it's nothing to worry about
