Yes!!! I am exhausted after an episode, usually right after and next day. Stress, emotional turmoil, anxiety, they take such a toll and cause so many physical symptoms for me. I can feel my body almost vibrating sometimes!! Question is though, although exhausted, are you able to actually get real, solid sleep, where you wake up actually feeling rested?

Absolutely exhausted and I find it hard then to be rational about my fears. If I take meds I'll sleep ...no meds I can't sleep and I'm in full blown panic mode playing the " what if game...". Shutting off my brain impossible.

Feeling exhausted after a panic or anxiety attack is quite common. Take a day or Two to relax and destress . Re-evaluate something in your current situation like maybe I'll take an extra 30 min a day for a warm bubble bath to relax and destress. I've been there. Anxiety itself is mentally and physically draining, but you'll be fine . ❤️😄
