Anxiety attack

Hi there

This is my first time to this community but I would like to know if anyone is having this feeling like me.I have needle n pin in my fingers and my face when i start to speak and have conversation. Yesterday it was the worst my fingers were locked and I cant control them then the numbness feeling goes up my face to my head.

I went to urgence and they told me i have anxiety attack and needs to see the Physc I would love hear others people experience and how they treat this.

Sounds like nervousness. I've had that feeling, not comfortable, somewhere there's a link to breathing techniques. Slowing your breathing helps dramatically!
