I was born with birth deficits and I have mental disorders I can't live on my own does anyone know any of assisted living places for young adults I would appreciate it very much.

It depends on whereabouts in the country you presently live. There is a charity called Creative Support whose existence is to assist those with mental health issues and who are vulnerable as adults. They do provide assisted accommodation. You will be given a support worker who will use their time in taking you shopping or whatever else you may wish to do. Should there be a branch of Creative Support anywhere near your present living place then telephone them requesting an interview with the intention of living in one of their assisted houses. Ask also how much assistance they would be able to allocate to you because you sound as if you need more assistance than the three hours Creative Support offers. If you are successful though and do manage to get into one of their assisted houses then your assistance would be every day until you tell them you would like to end that for another plan.
