I think everyone here live all over the place, some are in different countries. I live in Ohio. I go to bed around 11 pm. Some days I can't sleep, some days I can. Each posts when we can. This is a sounding board for our emotions and learning how to cope. There is some comfort knowing others have the same side effects. Friends and family get sick of our complaints. So we are here since we have this in common. That does not mean we have a solution. The person who had the colonoscopy, give an update. I cannot drink the stuff. I am glad this exists to talk of the painful feelings. It effects all parts of our lives.
