I have/had adhd. I took medicine in middle school and some of high school. However have not taken medicine for it for at least 10 years. Still might be able to help out some.
Like I'm wondering if in fact that I do have adhd why were your symptoms
Couldn't sit still, trouble concentrating, acting up, anger problems, and irritability were my biggest ones.
