DUA sent me a letter,questionnaire to protect my rights.

Oh ya here we go ,20 questions, about did I do my job the best I could why did who fire me.the only thing I don't have is a list of all my appointments with a doctors signature, a list with my therapist signature, and a list with my councillors signature I guess they don't believe I was trying to help myself by going to detox and withdrawing with a Dr.s supervision, it friggin dangerous I don't care ,shit happens. Now I'm beating myself up because I think I'm going to be disqualified from collecting unemployment, it could be a disaster no money.

Thanks, now I need a freaken keg a beer and some good drugs.
