*FEMALES* ANXIETY CLOSE TO PERIOD🤔

So I've been noticing a pattern in my anxiety attacks, it seems like they come right around when I am on my period. Which makes sense because of hormones and all, but I have just recently noticed the last 2 times have been near my period. I'm going to keep track of the times during the month when my anxiety hits in hopes that this is an actual pattern I can keep up with, if I'm going to suffer anxiety I honestly prefer to be able to know when it will hit me!

I have no doubt hormones affect my anxiety and depression and makes them worse. For me it's more a few days to a week before my period starts and maybe like the first day. But I can certainly see a difference.

I have posts on this same exact thing. And no matter how much I notice my anxiety symptoms are really bad right before my cycle, it still has the exact same affect on me every month. Like even realizing "ok I'm feeling like this because my period is coming" doesn't make it easier for me smh. Sometimes it's still bad during and after too. It also gets like this around ovulation for me ass
