I was fourteen, when I first had a little anxiety attack.Since then any time something would happen to cause anxiety, I would try to escape the problem with alcohol or drugs, now at 57 years old my anxiety and depression have grown so big I have to get help but it's a slow process, and I want it now which causes more anxiety and depression.
