Hello everybody. I find this strange posting here but I am willing to try everything. All I know is I have some form of anxiety but looking at symptoms of different types it seems like I have everything. I feel I can beat this with minimal medication but I'm not really sure where to start. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

First make a list of what you like about yourself, It may only be a few things or a whole page. Now list what you are thankful for. Now write what in your own words what is bothering you the most. Make a list of your friends good and bad. Say to your self I am blessed I have friends. I am worthy, I can have a bad days and good days most of all this is life this can be hard. Keep a small journal write something each day it does not matter what just write. It helps you look at your feelings. Medication may not be your answer maybe it is within yourself. Look for CBT. Cognitive Therapy once you start on medication you may never get off. Look within your self and help from friends and remember their are many others out there with the same problems as you. Good-luck on your journey, and if you believe in God talk to him he is always listening

If just by reading posts on this venue, you feel you have some of everything, you already know the danger in that. I do not believe in being my own doctor if something is bothering me physically or mentally. Get a check up with your GP and make certain all is well physically and chat about your concern that you may have an anxiety....something going on in your life might be worrying you, etc, that doesn't require any meds, but so chats with your doctor or a therapist might be helpful. Better to catch this early and put it to rest, than to just let it get worse. Godspeed and pat yourself on the back for checking into this early. :)

I agree! I stay away from WebMD lol. Always ask your GP :)
