Hello, that's a wide open question, and the temptation to respond with "How could you not know?"....but seriously, what was happening with you when you decided to join this venue....what clues, feeling, fears, physical feelings do you have?

By reading sme of the posts you should have an idea of how anxiety appears and causes issues for members, sometimes you may need to seek a professional for that determination, and to rule out other reasons for you wondering if you have anxiety.

You ask a good question, and I hope my reply gave some small hints on how to answer it.

I'm just unknown right now, Which is driving me crazy.

Did you mean to same you just didn't know? If you are bothered that much, maybe it's time to "look under the hood" as see what's happening.

I suggest a check-up with your family doctor to rule out anything physical and then a possible referral to a psychologist or psychiatrist.

What is going on that you are worried you have anxiety?

Idk, I just didn't feel right after I ate, my heart started racing, felt scared, panicky, paranoid. Etc

in reply toWill1010

Is there really any one you can think of that would do that to your food? How are you feeling now?

No, not really! I can't think straight, lost, confused, scared, loss of appetite, nausea, Dizziness, lightheaded, feel like I'm going crazy, etc

in reply toWill1010

Right now you feel this way but are able to reply to me? You might want to check into the health nurse where you are at work and have her check your blood pressure etc.

A panic attack or some anxiety can cause some of your symptoms. You need to decide what you want to do. I'm not a doctor, and am not qualified to determine what's going on with you or what to.

Was just trying to listen to you and talk with you until you felt better, but if that's not happening, you may want to go seek professional help now. Ok?

I don't have health insurance :(

in reply toWill1010

I'm sorry about that, but you do have a job that pays you. If you are still feeling the way you described, you may have to make a decision whether to see a doctor or not.

Hey I get it. I don't have health insurance either. What other things are happening in your life that has made you begin to distrust people? Maybe that event or events have unlocked something within you. Either way it's about controlling your thoughts. You haven't been poisoned, so don't continue to think you have. Let it go & allow yourself to be happy. 😊
