Im tired like past tired but i cant sleep

That's such a horrible feeling. Are u in the uk and its morning? I gave up and got up a few hours ago. Know I'm going to pay for it later but hate lying in bed thinking! What do you normally find works for you?

Lol no Im in the US and warm tea usually works but i dont have any

Ah that's a shame. Sometimes I've tried music or relaxation apps but they don't always work. I also keep paper by my bed so I can write down thoughts and worries to try and get them out my head. Some days though it's just like nothing can help.
