CPNs mixing things up again

I'm so angry I've been told I've missed a THIRD appointment now with a psychiatrist but I've not had one lett t to tell me when any of these so-called appointments are! It's getting beyond a joke now. Plus no one's come to see me for the last 3 weeks and they're meant to come every week. Sorry for the ranty post, it's just set me back a lot

Hi Leah, it is understandable to become frustrated when letters go astray. Have you contacted the Consultants secretary to see if the letters were wrongly addressed/ post code wrong? which could explain why you never received them. Although you are frustrated try not to get angry with the secretary as it may not be anyone's fault, and try to insure you are at home when the CPN is due to call. It is holiday time and if a colleague is sick that may explain the oversight. If you need to see them urgently perhaps contacting them direct or seeing the Doctor for a consultation maybe the best course of action.
