Signs of depression?

Persistently feeling sleeepy and in low mood, not feeling like speaking to anyone, want to rest - feel mentally exhausted. Are these depression symptoms?

I feel like that most of the time, I am always in a low mood, not feeling like I wanna do anything. I am always in my room. I never talk to my family about anything, where I'm going, how I'm doing. I keep everything bottled up to myself. I've also been snapping at my boyfriend which is not something I always do. I do also feel sleepy and yes, mentally exhausted too. I think the best thing to do is talk to your doctor about your symptoms because you just can't keep going on with life like this. I know I can't.
