Have you tried to tell her you just want to talk to her and visit? Me and my husband are side by side every night til bedtime. He takes care of me. I couldn't imagine not spending time together. Have you told her you need her? Sometimes we dont realize that. I would lay it all out and be honest. Sorry for your pain.

Thought you had a good day recently with your wife listening to an outside concert recently....ok, you have anxiety. Did you have this before your wife distanced herself from you? Now here comes the hard part, do both of your financially support the family? She seems to be keeping her own life and you don't know how to do that. What would be the worst thing if you let her know you are worried whether your marriage is going to survive and you would like the two of you to go to marital counseling? You're inaction about dong anything about your wife's behavior is feeding your anxiety.

I'm getting divorce soon. Can't do this anymore. I'm glad you are happy. But I am miserable. She spent more time at bar then with me 😢. Thank you very much for taking the time to talk to me 🙋

My male friend's wife called it quits after 52 years of marriage. He is living in Kansas now and spending more time with family he felt separated from. I shared this because just think.... You don't have to deal with falseness or lying.

The sad part to his story is she left him AFTER having prostate surgery after removing what they recognized as prostate cancer. He is alive and happy. Goodluck to you sir! :) Life does go on.

My friend got married the year after high school and stayed with a horrible woman that he loved deeply even after she cheated on him multiple times. She never made time for him and he was always lonely. After this last time, she divorced him to be with the latest guy she was cheating with.

Within a year after their divorce, he is now happily married to a great woman and is happier than he's ever been. He said he never knew someone could love him like that and was upset it took him over 20 years to figure it out.

His life is so much better now. Sometimes it's hard to let go, but if they are toxic, it's for the better.

Look at this as a new start on life and face it with hope and an open mind.
