Hey, I'm sorry that you're going through this again. I know it can be tough. Especially after you've recovered from an episode previously and then have another one

At times I just don't know what to do, where to turn to. I work a full time job so, working helps me to keep my mine busy but when I leave work, I'm all alone with my thoughts

Do you live alone or with/close by to family? Work can definitely be a great distraction, but when you're done maybe you could go out with some friends or family after work (depending on how comfortable you are with that). If that's a bit much, then perhaps just one or two people over for a quiet dinner or a movie. Obviously these things can't happen every night but they may help offset the loneliness or inescapable thoughts you're experiencing. I don't know what you're schedule is like, but you could maybe do a workout once you get home in order to clear your mind and help you settle in for the night. Take a walk or a jog around the block and listen to music/podcast or allow your mind to wonder so your thoughts aren't as potentially overwhelming as when you're just sitting there. And lastly, try writing in a journal if you don't already. It's a pretty good way to organize your thoughts and get everything down on paper. Sometimes it feels like you're actually physically removing them from your head and putting them somewhere else. This has helped me a lot, and I know not everything affects people in the same way, so it may help you. All that being said, I know there isn't a quick fix solution. I'm very sorry you have to experience such a distressing situation. It can drive you nuts. But you said this is another episode after a previous one. So you know that you can get through it. Try what you did last time or something different. Maybe a combination of both (exercise, medication, therapy, etc.). It's hard when you're in the eye of the storm, but it's possible to get out.
