Racing thoughts constantly !! Literally have to jog everyday to feel like I'm in a peaceful state of mind, could be also the state of how my life is evolving at this particular time , Is this normal ? To have so much adrenaline energy, and racing thoughts....

It can be normal, however it may be a sign of a mental health problem such as anxiety.

The coping skills you are using sound great. I often times will put music on to distract myself, or I go and surround myself with family and friends.

If you feel you're really struggling with this, I would seek help if needed.

Thanks for the reply !! Yes working out is a major therapy for me , I am also looking into getting another job, so I won't think to much about it. And just live a happy life. :)
