changing drs

I made a decision this week after suffering the deepest of deep depression that maybe it's time for me to get a second opinion and change my psychiatrist and possibly my medication and just see what it is that's happening because for 20 years I'm on the same medication 40 mg Prozac 300 mg effexor and it worked for many many many years but lately over the past year I have been getting more depression more often and much deeper so maybe it's time for a change

Yes you are probably right. I have had to change mine every few years as they stop working for some reason.
