Hi All,

I have been dealing with severe anxiety since I was 15 years old, depression on and off too. I'm now 23 yrs old and new to the online forums.

I moved to the U.S with my husband a year and a half ago, I haven't really met anyone that I'm close with aside from my husbands immediate family. I've been having a hard time and feel like I have no one to turn to anymore as I don't speak to my good friends back home as often anymore due to time differences.
