So over the weekend I've been so badly hit and clammy dripping with sweat and shaking so badly.. my doc said it could be me suffering from anxiety but I didn't feel like I was anyone else suffered like this before? TIA

Oh, yes! I don't necessarily feel the anxiety but I think that's the underlying reason for it. Then there are the times when I know I'm very anxious and I'm shaking and sweaty, but not always sweaty. But definitely shaking and anxious. That's the very rare times I've had a nervous breakdown and I shake badly and have extreme anxiety and my doctor doesn't prescribe the amount of meds I'm supposed to be on for the anxiety. So of course my anxiety is too high!! What I don't understand is WHY doesn't the doctor prescribe the right amount of anti-anxiety meds?
