Hiya.
I think when we struggle with anxiety, anything else can flare it up ..
In my opinion Anything that adds to our concerns.
Really sorry I can't help with the allergy question directly as I dint suffer from any allergies. Well as far as I know.
Could you maybe have a word with your dr, I know it helps me to mention things like that to my gp, to see what he thinks.
