Going to church an pray for us all. I can be good all day then bam anxiety out of no where. That's been my life, people who know me would never know. It's been a blessed day . I was a person who would never think that anxiety would be a big part of my life. Being fear less growing up. Bless us all with anxiety an depression. Let's not try to get the old us back.
