Don't let it take over you. You're stronger! Try to distract yourself if you feel yourself getting anxious. Do something that requires your concentration and focus solely on that. If you are in a full blown panic attack what helps me is a breathing exercise which is breathing in through your nose for 4 seconds.. hold it in for 4 seconds then breathe out for 6 seconds.. do that for as long as it takes for your breathing to be under control as when you have an attack you hyperventilate. After that do something you enjoy, play a game, watch TV.
