I'm struggling with a clinical depression and anxiety disorder for around 4 months .. I'm on medication too for 3 months with 2 psychiatrists .. i actually feel so alone and lost , very hesitated
I think it's better for me to be here with you guys .. support each other at least we are all understand each other
