Still flat, this is strange. I usually change emotions hourly but this is still going after a whole day and counting

I do to usually I can be happy one minute then mad the next. Try to do something I know it sucks. I was told don't wait to feel good to do something instead do something to make yourself feel good. Just a FYI I can't do it at times and I know it's hard. I have to force myself to work everyday or to even out of bed.

I've done some homework and now at someone's house, still feeling bored and not feeling emotions

I understand about the emotions it's hard to feel good when you feel blah that's how I feel non-stop like I'm just here for the ride not enjoying anything at all.
