New work vs anxiety

Hello. I found this site when googling about anxiety in the workplace that's causing me issues sometimes and my workplace is not communicating well with me now. So I was doing research.

Do you know what is causing the anxiety- is it the work itself- is it coworkers, bosses, all of the above? You are not alone!

All of the above. I had a blowout today when the new person (she's been there 10 months), second guessed something I asked her to do. I told her I was offended because I've been there 10 years and I DO know what I'm doing. This new person has all the "higher-ups" wrapped around her little finger (she is very cunning and smart that way). She IS a nice person, but she is not working very hard most days, and I 'm the only one who sees that because I work right near her. I've mentioned this to my boss, but she has become "besties" with this new person and I do believe that our boss only thinks I'm just saying that because no one else sees it. So I'm ready to move on, but I like everyone I work with so I really don't want to . I've never had trouble at work before, but I'm overwhelmed.

What kind of work do you do? That is VERY unfair that she is a brown noser. The good part is that you like the other people. Remember you have confidence about your work, and that is what counts.
