You are right to be worried. Your anxiety has crossed the line from a nuisance into a serious impediment to normal living. You need to see a doctor for medication for this. A psychiatrist is best but a GP will do. Best wishes to you!

You were brave to attend school despite what you are going through. I know its not easy to do the things you are not comfortable with. But your doing your best to overcome it thats why you made an effort to go to school. If you cant sleep why not try blending warm low fat milk and banana. Take it before sleep.
Im also an anxious person and been struggling to sleep. I made low fat banana blend and drink it before sleep. It actually helps or have a body massage. And yes its best to see a doctor.
First thing to do is to take care of your basic needs. Develop good eating habits and good sleep habits. Cut out caffeine. Second step is to find relaxation techniques such as breathing and meditation. They may not work right away but they require daily practice. It will help greatly. Keep your chin up.
