Hi!
I have depression and anxiety, too! I feel pretty darn good because I'm on medication and I get counseling, the 2 most important things I can do for myself. I have GAD, some OCD, BP II and a little PTSD. I'm never sad or gloomy, just upbeat and happy, at peace with the world and loving life. I'm hugely blessed and I know it.
