Hello,

I'm a young teen girl and am struggling with depression and anxiety, I've been dealing with suicidai ideation and attempts, cutting and binging and sometimes starving my self. I'm also a gay teen whose friends and family do not accept. I really need help

Im sorry, thats a lot and we have all been through different parts of your issues. Have you talked with a counselor or anyone at your school? Can you talk with your parents about any part of this? How old are you? We would like to hear more details please if you're ready to share any or all.

WOW, I'm SO sorry to hear of your struggles. I have been to the point of thinking that might be the best thing for me as well but in the end it just can't be, I wouldn't and can't accept it. There's got to be a reason for you to be here and make a difference somehow. You just need to get through this hard time in your life. It sucks that your so young and don't have the support of you parents. Is there any support groups that you know of nearby? Are you currently on any medications to help with the depression and anxiety? What about any family member that are supportive of you no matter what, an aunt, uncle, grandma or grandpa? Even a friend's mom or dad. There's help out there for you. Life sucks... It's hard, it shouldn't be this hard but for some of us it is. No one should ever have to feel the way you are. I've been there, very recently and will again. That feeling is horrible, I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. Try and hang in there and please don't do something stupid.
