Try putting good and positive thoughts in your mind or write or draw your dreams out and try to get an idea what is triggering your bad dreams. Hope this helps.

I get periods where I have bad dreams every night and then eventually it stops. I don't know why they start or why they stop but I can't imagine that not sleeping will help. Without sleep you are more stressed and anxious and depressed and nothing is right. Try to get some sleep and eventually they will subside.
