Muscle pain

I have very bad muscle pain in my ribs and back. I don't know what to do because I'm afraid of the anxiety and it keeps getting worse. Sometimes I'm really depressed too.

Ya know the best way to get over anxiety is yoga and relaxation deep breathing and muscle tense and relaxation exercise. The more you give in to anxiety the more it will take. A&M has a awesome psych program and might be able to put you on a good antianciety and antidepressant. I hope you have a Maerry Christmas. It's never too late to get started.

Hi puppy, last few days my back has really been giving me problems and it did kind of freak me out at first, still sort of does, but I'm trying to do some stretching and using a heating pad. I even took the heating pad to work this week (desk job). I felt weird about it and then my co-worker pointed out that two other cubicles within 20 feet of mine also have heating pads in them! Apparently it's pretty common.

Hi,

I have been suffering with awful upper back/neck/shoulder pain mainly on right side. I was told it was from anxiety. How? It has scared me to the point I have went to the ER. If i do sleep at night at all it wakes me. I can't find any relief at all.
