Here are the antioxidants that may have some effect on oxidant stress in AMN, and they are all safe.

Biotin 300 mg /day; and

Vitamin D3 dose 50,000 IU weekly.

A small study of antioxidants in AMN showed improvement of some biomarkers with this cocktail:

N- Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) (2400 mg);

Alpha lipoic acid (LA) (600 mg);

Vitamin D (10000 m.g. ea.); and

Vitamin E (300 IU)
