When I have been writing to you, I have been considering everyone suffers like me. Then it got me thinking, maybe people don;t suffer as badly as me, so what I say is actually wasted on them. Here is a rundown of my problems and I am interested if you are same, worse or better..

Super heavy legs, feet stuck to the floor, walking resembles an inverse moonwalk, no toes left on my shoes. I went from one stick, to two sticks, to two crutches, to wheelchair over 7 years.

Spasms from buttock down, including thigh, knee, calf, and ankle.

Can;t wiggle toes.

Peeing at least 20 times a day if unmedicated.

Pain in feet, knees and buttock. Whole leg really.

Unresponsive legs when sitting or lying down.

Feeling nauseous, never vomit,

Can;t drink alcohol.

Brain fog.

Falling over. Walking on grass or sand is out of the question. Can;t run or jump

There are more, but these are the worst and what come to mind right now.

Hi Rich,

My worst is Bladder, urodynamics test showed very high pressures killing my kidneys and I was told if I don't catheterise I will need dyalisis but my kidneys are now good! This was 2011, I've been having Botox in my bladder for the past 4 years but only lasts about 6 to 7months and means I can't go normally now!

Neuropathic pain is very bad especially at night and in winter along with muscle spasms in arms and legs these are now eased with Min102

Addison's disease I currently have a throat infection and I'm taking extra steroids

Constipation is bad also

Foot drop causing trips and falls and sometimes legs giving away also can't lift up my legs

Lesion in brain but stabile having 6 monthly MRIs

Passed gene on to 2 daughters

Ok, I use catheters and have done for a couple of years.

It sounds like you suffer something very similar to me. on a scale of 1-10 what would you give your walking. I would give myself a 1 without crutches and maybe a 5 if i'm lucky with.

How often do you fall down? Do spasms make you fall over too?

I don;t even wanna talk about pooping, its not something that happens often in my life.
