This is definitely great news for those with cerebral involvement. It doesn’t seem to be looking at or studying those without it though. I’d be curious to know if it has any benefits

I was part of the ADVANCE study which used the drug on AMN men. Some reported minor benefits, but I don’t feel I got much out of it towards AMN symptom progression. I didn’t develop cerebral ALD either though, which the study did show as a possible benefit.
