I use BioCare which cost £15.70 from a local health shop and are a bit cheaper online......

I changed over to magnesium glycinate also recommended by Dr Gupta. Bought them via Amazon from YourSupplememts . Good prices. I can't take the tablet form of mag as they are too big and dry and get stuck in my throat. These are capsule form as the mag taurate were.

Dr Gupta also recommends Magnesium Citrate.

i take the citrate too. Still more expensive than the oxide, but magnesium oxide is a waste! If you can't absorb it you're just making expensive urine!

Hi Von :-) like Flapjack I use Biocare .

I haven’t heard the relevant video. Is this recommended for any sort of Afib? Is the taurate better than the citrate?

Try iHerb. It is an American site, but seems to deliver all round the world. Top left of the page is the opportunity to change to £s (click on the Union Jack!). The magnesium taurate (same firm as recommended by Dr Gupta) was half the price of Amazon's, and they were delivered from Germany (I live in Poland), within two days.
