I just had my third round of Pluvicto this last Tuesday. I had bloodwork done last week. The news seems promising: On 28 January (after docetaxel, but before Pluvicto), my PSA was 36.2. After 2 rounds of Pluvicto on 8 April, my PSA had dropped to 14.5! So, I am remaining positive!
I have a follow up PSMA-PET scan scheduled 17 May. I am hoping there will be no new metastases and possibly a reduction in current metastases.
My question to the group: What’s after Pluvicto?
Thanks guys! Remain positive!

I seen many warriors reported bones mets are resistance to chemo and pluvicto as well. I do not know the reason why.
I would definitely start Xtandi or Nubeqa , You already had apalutamide. I do not know whether Xtandi or Nubeqa going to help or not but same time there are study available that Xtandi magically start works after chemo.
other thing, If you find any bigger bone spot and that's less than 5. I think you should also look forward for SBRT Radiations treatment as well.
They were trying to get to a set of patients who were likely to give readable results in that time frame. But, I think they showed that Xtandi improves Pluvicto targeting of PSMA, which has implications for all patients getting PSMA-targeted therapy.
In Germany, Europe, Australia and many other parts of the world they are looking at Alpha radio pharmaceuticals like Actinium. Not being used widely in North America but several clinical trials underway. Good luck!
while there is some research on the substance in labs is there any actual treatments going on in Australia? I had a brief look but could not find any yet.
there are supposedly other more prostate cancer cell specific ligands being used outside of the US. why are we so slow to adopt new medicines in the US
I completed my sixth Pluvicto treatments in Feb; blood labs showed good results
and in May I have scheduled the follow-up scans to see how things are doing.
As the owner of this body I'm feeling better, eating better, sleeping better and looking forward to more years of retirement; however, I know that there is no cure for this cancer and try to stay present in each day.
Having family and good friends around is a most powerful therapy.
