I am searching for warriors who took Pluvicto + Docetaxel. If you did, please let me know about your experience, including the side effects and dosage of docetaxel.
Here is my example :
20mg docetaxel + Pluvicto
1 full dosage of docetaxel + 6 full cycles of pluvicto

20 mg is a very low dose of docetaxel - are you sure that is right? Docetaxel is usually 75 mg/m2 every 3 weeks for 6 cycles. When used with Xofigo, they reduced it to 60 mg/m2 every 3 weeks for 10 cycles.
The main purpose of the thread is to find someone who did docetaxel+Pluvicto together.
My biggest worry is that pluvicto may fail. Dr just wants to do Pluvicto and I am trying to add Docetaxal in way that adds more success percentage in Pluvicto
Dayum! Just learned ANOTHER thing from you. I had no idea dosing of chemo was at least sometimes based on surface area (I certainly never heard that when my wife was on chemo). Then today saw an article on Medscape about a new formulation for pancreatic cancer and saw that dosing method again--thanks!
I received Docetaxel one year before getting six cycles of Pluvicto. My bone marrow took a hit ; low blood counts, low platelets, fatigue, muscle loss.
PSA now .03 , MO says it will start rising again in about six months; still weak but getting stronger.
I do not believe my system could stand taking Docetaxel and Pluvicto at the same time.
Not docetaxel but husband just started a trial on Wednesday of 1st dose of Carboplatin (1/2 dose) given every 3 weeks and Thursday he got Pluvicto which will be given every 6 weeks.
If you are looking for a combination that enhances Pluvicto, enzalutamide increases PSMA expression, theoretically making the Pluvicto more effective. I’m doing that and will report when I have a chance.
update my husband has had 1 dose of Pluvicto and 2 doses of Carboplatin over the last 6 weeks. 3rd chemo and 2nd Pluvicto will be 7/24 and 7/25. So far so good his PSA started at 90 and is down to 25. All other numbers are good except ALP is starting to creep up. He has 5-7 days of nausea after treatment, he has some increased aches and pains still nothing that doesn't resolve with Tylenol. Fatigue continues to increase but he fights through it.
treatment going well, I would say request dr for Benadryl IV before infusion it will reduce other side effects immediately . I am doing clinical trials call ARX517
