I do not know if Pluvicto is the bad guy with my situation, but i am throwing this out there to see if anyone else on Pluvicto is experiencing the same overnight problem that has me upset.
I wear in countenance briefs just to be safe. Since i have been on Pluvicto, i have woke up in the morning with my brief full of urine and if i pass gas, i soil the back end of the brief. I don't know how else to put it, but it is driving me up the wall............................Anyone else??
After any kind of radiation, my advice is "never trust a fart." It will get better eventually.

Yes, I started leaking in the night after my third injection. Never had incontinent problem before it does drive me crazy.
Good day, I just completed my 6th and final infusion middle of August as I am on the PSMAdditions trial, and I have not had any of these issuse at all as of this point. Of course, I have other side effects but overall, I seem to have tolerated it pretty well, yet at the same time, I am glad I do not have any more infusions to deal with.
