In a patient who has taken carboplatin and it has not worked at all, does it make sense to try olaparib (lymparza) or is it better not to because if the platinum-based chemotherapy has failed, the parp inhibitor will surely fail too?

Lynparza only works if BRCA+
I know, even carboplatin should work for those who are brca positive right? So if carboplatin does not work in your experience could olaparib work? Sorry if there are some typing errors but I do not speak your language very well.
