I have been on Orgovyx and Nubeqa for11 months. my psa dropped from 45 down to 0.4 and held till now where it is jumped to 0.93. I don't see doctor till this January. Any input would be welcome.

It's totally common and despite the treatment is going to happen. You can increase the response and duration if you get the right combinations and use them correctly.

yeah - - to my experience and understanding - since you will see your Dr in Jan - save yourself the stress - take a deep breath ... and then take another one
