Also adding to my post above my husband is in a lot of pain with his back and right leg, ametriplyne doesn't seem to be working at all, he also has a tumor on his pelvis, would all the pain be adding to the rise.

Read your profile....looks like he is not on casodex...that may help... or consider zytiga...talk with your MO....looks like his PSA is on the rise, but .21 beats the 2100 at the start....as for the bone met....you are in UK, but there may be trials for stereotactic radiation there...phase 2 trials here... some info:

I think it's just great that degarelix alone brought his PSA down from 2100 to only 0.2. Now that his PSA is starting to rise again, you may want to discuss bringing in an additional therapy - Xofigo, Provenge, Zytiga, Xtandi or Docetaxel (I'm not sure which is available in the UK).

Thank you for your reply, my husband has already had 6 rounds of doxataxel, will have a look at which others which you have mentioned are available in the UK. We are at the hospital on Monday for the 3 months review. He is in quite a bit of pain in his back and right leg at the moment so hoping they can help with this also.
