Has anyone experienced difficulties with Nubeqa, e.g. difficulty swallowing, that required crushing or pre dissolving their Nubeqa? As always, thank you. Every morning is a great morning.

Im going to ask my doctor to change Firmagon to Orgovyx.Taking Nubeqa too.(Sorry my english..😊) Is anyone teking Orgovyx with Nubeqa?

I’ve investigated what the action of Nubeqa is on androgen receptors in the body, and on the prostate. Certainly I wish it was undetectable, should I be doing more? Should the Nubeqa be shutting down all PSA? Would a healthy man on Nubeqa theoretically be at zero?

MO said if something shows up on his scan, he will probably start him on Olaparib (Lynparza) and STOP the Nubeqa (hubby is BRCA2 positive). My question is why MO will drop Nubeqa, since it's a drug that is different than the PARP inhibitor? I've read some posts on here of men taking them both.

At 5 months post Nubeqa and Lupron, PSA is undetectable at less than 0.01. Hope that post radiation it will remain undetectable. My treatment is a bit unconventional because i don't have any demonstrated metastasis but I am taking Nubeqa plus Leuprolide injection.

I have started nubeqa & orgovyx & need to start a statin too. These posts are very helpful especially the pitavastatin possible anti-cancer effect but posts seem to be 2-4 years ago. Does anyone have any update to share on the subject? Thanks.

Did triplet therapy. 7 rds of chemo ..Nubeqa and Orgovyx . Slow decline to .08 nadr as of 1-8 -25. About 2 months ago my liver enzymes started to spike and my oncologist somehow missed the rise until my Alt was 790 and Ast was 820.

Since I can’t have any food tomorrow morning, should I just go ahead and take the Nubeqa without food or just skip that does? Thanks! Robert

For USA Medicare folk I just set up my monthly Nubeqa purchase using WellCare zero dollar per month plan D and the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan (M3P). WellCare staff handled my M3P application very efficiently over the phone.

Adt, nubeqa and taxotere (6) brough psa to 3.2 last August, 3.3 in Oct and 4.9 end of Dec. Can now feel the pain coming back in my hip and back . Seeing the onco in 10 days, I expect cabazitaxel, anyone had good and lasting results with cabazitaxel?

I just received prescription for Nubeqa. However, Firmagon injection not scheduled by uroligist until 10/9. Can I take Nubeqa now before the Firmagon or SOC requires Nubeqa to be started post Firmagon injection? Thanks for your input.

After four months of BAT with monthly shots of 400mg testosterone I started up again with Nubeqa. Original PSA before starting BAT was 12. 4 and ended with 94.32. Twelve days later first PSA number dropped from 94.32 down to 38.84. I'll get another PSA test in two more weeks.

Firmagon & Nubeqa in August 2024 and PSA just tested January 16th, is .75. Wondering when I should have 2nd PSMA-Pet scan to check on bone & lymph node mets which lit up scan in August 2024?Thanks for any input.

ADT (quarterly Eligard shot) is always in the background; darolutamide (Nubeqa) was introduced on the loT cycles in August. On the 11th of March, I will have completed one full, continuous year on this non-SOC therapy. Side effects are minimal. Energy level and sexual function are good.

I have been on Orgovyx and Nubeqa for11 months. my psa dropped from 45 down to 0.4 and held till now where it is jumped to 0.93. I don't see doctor till this January. Any input would be welcome.

Been on Nubeqa for a year, I had radiation to the nipple areas(zap the nipples as on poster wrote), does anyone have any thoughts or experiencing similar pain to the touch? Thank you.

Don't mind keeping the Nubeqa. Any thoughts?

The oncologist isn’t sure if it’s the Nubeqa or docetaxel that is causing this elevation. Has anyone else had this side effect and what was prescribed? Btw he has not touched any alcohol or even taken a Tylenol.
