How do I update my bio?

My bio on Health Unlocked website needs updating. How do I do that? I can't seem to update my bio from 2023.

I'm interested in adding PSAs and testosterone quarterly blood tests from 2023 and 2024. My good new is that my PSA has been 0.01 "nearly undetectable" for more than a year. My MO said don't worry about my rising testosterone, which is now up to 320 ng/dl; he said just keep an eye on my PSA, and if it goes up to 0.20, then we'll consider going back on ADT (abiraterone and 3-month Lupron shots).
