PSA now undetectable with 2 of 35 radiation treatments left to complete. I will start Abiraterone next week, in addition to the Lupron I’m currently on.

I’m celebrating today’s victory and wanted to share here. Of course, many days have been consumed with worry over the unknown. This group has been so helpful to get through all of that. I do understand this is just a stop along this journey and this thing may raise its ugly head again. I will deal with that when I get there, but more informed.

Post RP surgery PSA was 35 (higher than what it showed before surgery). This was last August. Started Firmagon in September, Lupron in December. I feel more comfortable discussing my treatment with my doctors from the knowledge I gain here. Still more to learn and more questions to understand. I’m glad I have this group in my corner.

thank you

Good for you! I assume on that test < 0.1 is considered undetectable.. it's a very good thing to have a rapid response in PSA after treatment (in your case during treatment.) You may expect to see some increase when you come off the Lupron - but right now looks like you're doing great!

Thanks Don_1213. I guess their graph illustrates the trend but the written result was <0.0.
