Should I worry about testosterone increase?

My father has been on Lupron for about a year. My father, who had oligometastatic prostate cancer, underwent robotic surgery in September. Before surgery, PSA was 0.0311 and total testosterone was <0.025. Two months after the surgery, PSA was undetectable but total testosterone was 0.0707. In yesterday's results, again PSA was undetectable but total testosterone was 0.0822. Does this increase in testosterone indicate that he is becoming hormone sensitive?

Does this increase in testosterone indicate that he is becoming hormone sensitive? You mean castration resistant, I think. And no, it doesn't. Castration resistance means PSA goes up in spite of castrate levels of testosterone. Those are minor fluctuations. I assume he is on ADT. It is working well.

The testosterone level varies during the day. Therefore it should be measured always at the same time of day. But as long as the PSA value is undectectable you do not need to worry about the testosterone level.
