Not great news but not too concerning at this point

PSA 0.06 up from 0.03, 2 weeks ago. 0.12, 6 weeks ago

Now back to 1000 mg of Zytiga (AA generic) without meals

Real good new on liver numbers

9/28/22 CMP

AST= 21 - normal range= 15-37

ALT = 19 - NR =16-61

Globulin =2.8 - NR = 2.8- 4.4

A/G ratio 1.3

Also ; both platelets and white blood count have risen into a normal zone, for first time since radiation.

Overall pleased

Congrats on the good blood test results! It took a year after radiation/ADT for my blood panels to normalize, and WBCs are still about 10% low. Hopefully your PSA stabilizes. Keep up the good work with the physical activity!

Thanks

looking at your profile and PSA movement over time gives me some peace. As long as PSA <0.10 we are having success

Scout -

Do you always monitor with uPSA?

I had RP (svi, pni, epe, tertiary 5, psa 16.2) in 9/2021 with recurrence in April 2022.

I just finished up with 33 rounds of EBRT at the end of August and just had my first post treatment psa and it was <.1 and had a 6mo Lupron in July.

I have Kaiser Permanente healthcare and they are NOT aggressive or progressive with their care. Minimal treatment and see what happens.

I do have an appointment with Kaiser Oncology to discuss adding abiraterone to the mix.

What healthcare do you have?

I'd love to have a healthcare provider that's progressive and aggressive at keeping tight tabs in this!

what treatments do you feel they have ignored that you would have liked for yourself?

Scout, it will be very interesting now to see if increasing the abiraterone from partial to full dosing makes any difference. Why not find out what happens with that before making any other changes.
