Actual duration of Lupron Depot 22.5 mg/12 weeks X 2.

I had 50 mg Daily Bicalutamide pills on April 04th 2020 for 30 days. Also had a🤢 ''missed'' injection of Eligard 45 mg/24 weeks witch was supposed to be given two months before the radiotherapy.

Due to the missed Eligard, the Lupron Depot got started on May 31st 2020.

Radiotherapy started on June 08th 2020 ( One week after the injection of Lupron Depot.) up for 20 treatments, up to Ju;y 07th 2020.

Testoterone was below ''Castration Level'' from July 29th 2020 to March 10th 2021.

My PSA went from 0.18μg/L , July 29th 2020 down to 0.03μg/L on September 07 2022

My husband;s cancer recurred after 1 year. Eligard had immediate good results with PSA under 1 and Testerone about 25. His side effects included 15 pound weight loss and he is only 150 pounds and severe weakness. His is 80 years old and he had decided to postpone future Eligard to see if he can get his strength back.( Doctor said this weight loss response is very unusual. ) He stopped for 6 months his weight came back on and he was stronger but -his recent numbers showed PSA 3 and testerone 450 Now what to do is the question . I know this does not answer your questions doc1947 but just sharing our experience. Bottom line it does the job it is supposed to do -can you handle the side effects.
