My oncologist has suggested a clinical trial involving Enzalutamide and Cisplatin. Right now I am on Lynparza and my PSA has started to rise. Does anyone have any experience or information on this trial?

Possibly this one?

I think so. Roswell and U of R is where I have gotten treatment. Looks like it’s just a phase 1.
Seems to me that it would be better to go with proven chemotherapy treatments Docetaxel or Cabazitaxel with the possibility of adding a platinum chemo if indicated rather than a single platinum chemo, especially one that generally has tougher side effects. My understanding is Cisplatin is a tougher chemotherapy than Carboplatin.
Since it looks like you've already had chemotherapy, the results of this clinical trial might interest you:

I’ll look into it. Thanks for all the help.
Thanks. Verifies the approaches we see lately. The Card trial.
I have been using Olaparib since May 2020, PSA was 0.46. - now 0.15. Biallelic BRCA2. I am discussing with the MD using Ponatinib when PSA starts to rise, please see nature.com/articles/s41467-... does not work well when the effect of a PARPi no longer works.
Presently my wife has endometrial cancer. Would you have any related showing links related to its use forendometrial cancer.
