Encouraging results after two months on ADT

In my initial post, I explained details of my case. In short, diagnosed in October, Stage 4, bone Mets, PSA 15. Lupron shot and started Zytiga November 17. PSA mid-December dropped to 0.47, and I've been feeling really good. Intermittent sciatica, but no pain many days. Eating healthy, physical therapy, and exercise at home.

PSA on January 3rd at primary care for annual physical was 0.32. Then just a week later at monthly follow-up with oncologist, PSA was 0.17!

Prayer works. I had evidence of that when I survived colon cancer in 1993, and melanoma in 2005. I can use your prayers now also. I realize it's a long tough road, but for now I am blessed. Loving wife, family, and church friends.

I've had great results so far as well. PSA was rising post-surgeries. I've had two...RP in Dec 2017 and lymphadenectomy in March 2019. When it rose to .4 I started on Lupron (3mo) in November 2020 and then Zytiga was added in January 2021. My PSA has been undetectable since February 2021. Next bloodwork is next week and hoping to continue that trend! Good luck!

Praying for you and please do the same for me! Yes, prayers help! I just celebrated my 46th birthday. I was diagnosed at the age of 45 (Stage 4, cancer present in all bones except extremities) but God! I do what my MO tells me, recognize God for who He is, praise His name, and keep on leaving!
